Sandy Phillips

Sandy joined Gogo Olive in 2018 as our Operations Manager and we all love having her as a part of our team.  She is affectionately known in the workshop as ‘Auntie’ and the ladies have a lot of respect for her.  She has a great sense of humour which keeps us all entertained and also a very big heart so she is very compassionate towards the ladies and their needs – but she also isn’t a pushover so will step in if the noise levels get out of control!!  Sandy is very willing to go beyond the call of duty – this is a great quality for life at Gogo Olive.

Dreams for the future

For positive change in Zimbabwe and for our country to once again have a stable economy, so I can end my days living in the land of my birth.

Working in such a happy and relaxed environment and being part of such wonderful project that helps disadvantaged Zimbabwean women to earn their own income.  I feel so proud to be part of Gogo Olive and to have such a “feel good” job.
